The celebrant was newly-ordained Canon Andrew Todd, Institute of Christ the King, Sovereign Priest. This was the first traditional Solemn High Mass offered at St. Titus Church in over 49 years. The PLMC, Inc. provided logistical and liturgical support.

Music was provided by the Duquesne University Schola Cantorum Gregorianum under the direction of Sister Marie Agatha Ozah, HHCJ, and Dr. Ann Labounsky organist.
